My cats love it and the price is right. The only complaint I have is that there is a flat washer at the very bottom that protrudes above the board. I had to stick a furniture protection film on it so that it didn't scratch the parquet. Then I realized it would wobble, so I just put furniture protectors all over the floor to make it level. The second complaint is that there is an open washing machine in the tunnel and when my cat rides in it, she rips her fur. I ended up sticking a furniture protection stick directly onto this washing machine. Slightly imperfect design but like I said cats love it which is why it gets 4 stars!
