I like that it works well with other software, as well as its own product line. It is very easy to use, but still gives you all options for customizing your website. The support team was great when we were getting started using this system. They helped us get our site set up quickly so that it would be ready in time for the holidays. We are able to track orders from multiple locations and keep them separate. This also allows me to send emails to different people depending on where they work or which department they belong to.
