I am a very anxious person and have very restless legs. I tried another weighted blanket but the material was not very good and unfortunately too heavy. I weigh 180 pounds and have a 20 pound duvet. So this time I decided to try this weighted blanket and ordered Β£15 instead and it made a huge difference. It's very relaxing, the quality and the duvet are very good. I definitely recommend buying it.
