The software was easy enough for my non techie friends who helped me set up an account, but it's very intuitive once you get used too! I don't like that there isn't any way in which we can edit our own events without having someone else do so (which doesn't help if they're not available). It would be great though just have some sorta "edit yourself" option as well - maybe even allow people with admin access only? If anyone asks what tool this program solves then tell them how much time saved by being able to log all their meetings online rather than manually recording everything each week/month etc.
