Review on Personal Neck Fan Rechargeable Airconditioner by Richard Muncy

Not a bad idea, but a bit noisy! This fan is neck mounted - don't worry, the fan itself is hinged so you can easily put it around your neck and take it off - and has three power settings. I don't know if I would use it if I only had a low level. I prefer the highest level. However, since this fan is located directly under the ears, it is a bit noisy. I can hardly hear the TV! It would be nice if you wore headphones. Maybe good for a car when you travel, or when you've been sitting around reading or doing some crafts. You can't wrap your head around that. I wish I could wear this to work but it might be too much! A fun idea and perfect if you're my age and need a cool down.
