The cufflinks look great and are made of shiny stainless steel. The tie pin is a different story. First, it's indecently short. Second, the clip is so tight that it is difficult to put on a tie and it seemed like it might break the tie if removed. Third, it's matte instead of glossy like cufflinks, which makes it inappropriate in my opinion.
