In my opinion it fits to size.
I honestly love this suit. The quality is excellent. The jacket is a bit snug around the shoulders tho. The vest fit perfectly as well as the pants. I am 5'5" 160 lbs 36B and normaly wear size xl because i like my sleeves to fit right. i ordered an XL. It does not feel cheap at all. For the price its a great deal. I bought one at macys for 200 and this one is much much better in terms of quality and feel. I recommend this suit to everyone. I will be purchasing more. By the way i ordered the black one but it looks like a dark navy blue. I love it.
