It's really cute and is a replica of a dress sold in an expensive store. And for the price I expected. It is on the thin side of the fabric which gives some transparency. But I would say that cycling shorts/leggings underneath are perfectly fine! Good for the summer and hot days. It rinses off well and doesn't itch like others have described. The royal theme (carriage, lion, unicorn pattern) is perfect to celebrate the anniversary weekend.
