Bought 2 of these pizza bags and as other reviews have said they tend to sweat which isn't a big deal when you unzip them leaves some moisture. It accommodates 6+ 18" Costco pizzas and many boxes of Winco chickens, as well as a variety of other hot and cold foods. They keep Costco pizzas hot for a long time. You just have to air the bags. They are well insulated but as you can see the stitching is poor. After only 2 months of use, one of these bags fell apart. Very disappointed. They looked well built but unfortunately they don't look like they will last long. I'm hoping the company will contact me and get a replacement as Amazon's return period has expired. ****UPDATE**** I contacted the company myself as Revain or WincoUS didn't reply so I contacted them through this website and was initially declined as it was purchased by Revain and it was 'difficult' to finding my special order even though I provided a receipt and the order was fulfilled by WincoUS. After another email and phone call to support, they agreed and sent a replacement. I don't like the fact that many sellers are still tempted to hide behind the phrase "You bought from Revain so there's no guarantee". It just doesn't fit well. Yes, I know there are a lot of gray market products out there, but if an item is only sold through them and shipped directly from the supplier/company, I don't have to jump through as many hoops to void the warranty for a clearly defective item. I really like the bags and use them weekly. A thick towel between the steaming food and the lid of the bag completely solves the problem of sweating. No more raw pizza boxes, no more chicken boxes and they stay hotter even longer. I appreciate WincoUS stepping up and doing the right thing!
