I bought these to store my condiments and condiments. I cook a lot and run a bakery from home. This afternoon I have filled them from 0.5 oz to 4+ oz containers. They are perfect for what I wanted. I bought chalk spice labels and they stick really well. They fill up completely and the spices don't fly out when you open them, and they don't appear empty even when you fill them from small spice jars. The lids close well and you can tell that they can be used for some time without breaking. Honestly I was expecting something thinner and cheaper and was pleasantly surprised by its thickness. Will buy another 100 for other food related uses. They are perfect for servings of yogurt, applesauce, cottage cheese and the like for my childhood snacks.
