I am thrilled. I thought this floss would break between my teeth because most floss either frays or breaks between my clenched molars with some rough/sharp spots. I also have some teeth with large gaps between them and many flosses cannot capture material from these wider gaps without a lot of work and manual gymnastics on my part, unless they are wider ligaments. I don't know what they do with it or if it's just the properties of the silk they use and the type of wax finish. but it just doesn't slide well enough to get between my clenched teeth. , but it's also kinda.abrasive? grippy?., although it's not wide, and it does an amazing job of grabbing all the stuff in one or maybe two passes between the same teeth. instead of seven passes with my "normal" tooth tape. (Slightly exaggerated.) I was concerned about the breakage, but to no avail. Even after 2-3 passes between my narrowest teeth, which often cut the floss, this floss doesn't fray or break! But it never sticks. Wonderful! Whoever came up with the idea to weave this material or whatever they do - never change! That's cool! :D And I love that I can take better care of the environment without getting hurt switching threads!
