I just used it for the first time - here are my observations: a very high quality product, should serve a long time. In fact there are 2 gels, not 1 as stated on the packaging. This is good because you can get much better coverage on either side of the ankle. I've only used it in the cold so can't comment on how long they stay warm but in the cold I'd say after about 20-25 minutes the gel packs need to be put back in the freezer. no Instructions but it doesn't matter as it seems pretty obvious how the packets fit into the wrap and how the wrap wraps around your ankle. had any questions or concerns - a nice touch. Overall very happy with the product and would buy again.
