The sound quality is great crystal clear but the ear coil has no resistance so it comes out of the case 2 or 3 times in a 12 hour shift trying to fish it out. When I was attaching the accessory to my head in UofL vs Notre Dam today the screw in the head broke, it takes a few extra turns to tighten compared to original Motorola accessories, luckily I was able to get the screw off my original audience use security microphone. that is much stronger and tighter fit higher grade. I recommend it. If you attach the accessory 1 time and leave it in place, but change the accessory frequently, the screw will not survive. To hold the ear coil coming out of the base in place, I passed a very small zip tie through the fins and tightened it to stop the coil from turning, then I cut the zip tie and heated the tip so it wouldn't scratch the back .
