I've only had the Air 4 for a day, but when I slipped the iPad into the case I noticed that the top left side where the camera is located has little support. The hinge is stiff, but if you find it quickly, you can't use the left side to open the lid to access the iPad. I didn't use the touchscreen and since the case arrived about a week before the iPad, it was fully charged and didn't need to be charged in less than a day. Pairing was easy and quick, and the keyboard works very well. I bought a 4 year maintenance package and am now glad I did. I'll give it a week and maybe send it back. I can't believe any of the other iPads listed as compatible won't have the same issues. .
