I purchased 2 hats, one for my lady friend, and one for me. Hers arrived complete, while mine came without the anti-wind control chin strap & furnishings. I tore the box completely apart looking everywhere for that pesky little bag of importance, to no avail. She was not going to give up hers! So being a gentleman I just live without the strap, holding the hat part in my hand on gusty days. The hats are built strong, look great on us, and we feel good knowing we are reasonably protected from the suns rays. Good luck.
