Bought these for my daughter to wear under a sweater to school and should look less obtrusive (last year we had a lot of slip ups due to socks). Although she doesn't fight the appearance of spots on her toes, they are beginning to develop small holes on her legs in the crotch. She says they keep them warm but I'm not sure how long they will last as they fall apart after a few weeks of wearing.
