This company seems to release a new version of the same product every few months if you look at the first available date in the Revain listings. This latest version is exactly the same as the December 2020 version which I have returned twice due to bugs - same price, same model number and same features. But they must have tweaked something on the insides because now the remote works without shutting down. And the default sound commands are now the same as they are named. This one also doesn't work every time my dog's tags jingle like the 2nd one I had in the previous version. At least now I know that the issues seem to be related to the collar hardware or software and not the app. This is the 3rd time I have had a B1 Pro in less than 2 months. I buy it and it works great until it breaks. But I keep buying it because it's the only thing that stopped my stubborn rescue terrier's late night barking at 2am. Every dog is unique, but surprisingly, it works better than a shock collar. It's obviously more humane and free from skin-irritating irritants. So don't expect this to last long and contact support immediately if you encounter any issues. While the Revain troubleshooter was pointless for my issues, uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing. The solution will likely be that you need a new one. Also, they appear to be reusing internals rather than deleting information. It definitely wasn't a used product, but the alien dog info made a brief appearance when today (two days after it arrived) it stopped working and disconnected from the app. So, just in case, delete your dog's profile on the app before bringing it back if you're interested.
