Sharp and strong
Hundreds of these little serrated wheels were punched out to be used as infill. One of the teeth is not as sharp and thin paper (e.g. in catalogues) may not cut cleanly. However, most other paper, such as printer paper or heavier cardstock, will cut fairly cleanly.
