I have to admit that I was skeptical about packing cubes when I first tried them out. I researched these items thoroughly before finally deciding to purchase. Love love love these packing cubes! They completely change the rules of the game. I'm an experienced and frequent traveler so I was skeptical about needing them, but now I can say they are so comfortable! They organized my suitcase neatly for a recent 2 week trip to Asia. They also allowed me to keep my suitcase organized even after I arrived at the destination as I could just pull out the items one at a time when I needed them. No need to disturb the suitcase to pull out clothes for just one day. The mesh top lets you see the contents of each cube, so you don't have to open the ones you don't need. Having different sizes was also helpful for sorting things properly (I used a large cube for dresses, a medium cube for shirts, and a small cube for socks/underwear). Non-rigid sides were also critical so you could maximize the capacity of each cube. I doubt that storage cubes can significantly reduce the amount of luggage you carry, but I'm absolutely sure they will help you stay organized throughout your trip. Two thumbs up!
