Review on PatientClick by Elijah Balzarini

I like that it's easy to use for both my staff as well our patients! It is very user friendly with an excellent support team behind you if needed at any time of day/night!! The software does not have all features we need but they are working hard in making sure those do come available soon. We love how patientclick has made everything easier from scheduling appointments through keeping track of insurance claims etc.,etc.. Also being able to communicate via text messaging between doctors offices which helps us out tremendously when things get hectic during busy times such as holidays & weekends. ! Overall great product so far nothing bad about this program yet either. !! This was recommended by another doctor office who used them before me (and still uses) - their customer service alone makes up one reason why i am using PCTLick now instead of then. They were extremely helpful throughout each step along way until implementation date came around.
