BRASS TACKs: Overall a good product for the price. Advantages: • Good processing quality. • Although the plastic is thinner than I expected (similar to the thickness of a gas bottle) it represents a good combination of strength and flexibility and makes it easy to move the composter when empty Nuts, bolts etc (with accessories) to complete of assembly • The included Phillips/standard screwdriver and claw mitts are surprisingly handy. :• As many other reviews say, the build involves a master's degree in engineering, the help of a circus hamster with a mechanical bent, months of subsequent psychotherapy, and much more than the 20 minutes mentioned in some reviews. The center divider was particularly difficult to hold in place during assembly and in hindsight I just wouldn't have used it. • Screws and other parts are clearly labeled in the instructions which makes no sense as all bolts etc are Chex. into an untitled package and not mentioned with a letter in the terrible instructions. OTHER (these are just notes on things I don't add/subtract stars for, mostly things I have smudged but are clearly stated in the item description): • Smaller than I expected - check the measurements to see to see if it fits, if the size for your needs. • Doors too small for easy emptying of compost; They're also difficult to open/close, but that's not too bad as it keeps things from flying out when you turn them. • Each plastic sheet is unnecessarily packed in a large plastic bag; A pro for me as I'll never have to buy bin bags again but should consider something more eco-friendly. • I received two identical doors instead of the symmetrical left and right door shown; I don't mind, but those who get two identical doors might not like the "two left legs" look • It would be nice if there was a coupling pin or something to stop it from moving for loading and unloading of compost to turn. Despite all the "CONS" in my rambling essay, I give it 4/5 stars for a good product at a good price. In just a few weeks, it turns my leaves, veggie scraps, and coffee grounds into a beautiful mulch.
