Used this as a bathroom bin. A bathroom trashcan is obviously going to have bio waste: earwax, bandaids, and women do have periods, fyi, etc. The underside of the bamboo lid grew mold almost immediately, like within 2 weeks. Cleaned it with antibacterial cleaner, but the mold just kept coming back. Looks cute, but who wants to scrub a bathroom trashcan every other day.

I love this trash can. Unfortunately my first order had the small plastic hole broken as has been mentioned in other reviews. I tried glueing it back to no avail. I asked for a replacement trash can though, and this one has been wonderful! It’s beautiful, light weight, easy to clean. It’s perfect! I just encourage the manufacturers to look into better ways of packaging the item for shipment.

Ordered it because I like the wooden top, too bad it’s so cheaply made that the wooden top was too small for the lip it was supposed to be attached to. I should really stop ordering from here. Everything is getting cheaply made and more disappointing than the last purchase.

We’ve had this trash can for a few months in our camper because it’s small and simple, but just a few days a go, the lid broke. A wood/bamboo notch came off and the lid no longer works. Had to trash it.

Love the aesthetic, and it serves its purpose, but even with a thin bag inside the bin, it becomes difficult to press the top inward. If I accidentally bump it, it falls right over and the whole top ring pops off. Still cute and functional!

First one arrived broken. Replacement broke in like a month or two of light use. Both of them broke in the same way. The pins that serve as axes for the lid--arguably the most important piece of the bin--are just too thin and they're made of cheap plastic. I haven't hit the lid or dropped the bin or anything. It just gave in.

I love the look of the garbage can, but unfortunately the way the lid dips into the can means the can itself can actually only hold about half of what you think it can hold. When you push the lid down too throw something away you have to almost push the lid down, then stick the garbage under the lid so the lid doesn’t push it back out. I would not buy this again.

I am using this bin container near my cat litter box to store used litter until I take it outside to the garbage. It's perfect. It blends into the room generally and contains the odor. I have a very fussy old gentleman cat who has decided where his bathroom is, so I accommodate. This bin makes the setup workable.

Good size, looks good, nice lid. My dog won't get into the trashcan anymore. Only complaint would be that it would be nice to have an easier way to put in a trash bag. Besides that, good purchase

I love the design of this can and it's the perfect size for a small room, such as a bathroom, but the lid really doesn't do a great job of odor blocking. If you plan to put anything but kleenex in it, you should consider getting one of those odor trappers to put on the bottom of the lid to counteract this problem.

I love this little trash can. It fits perfect in my bathroom. No complaints, the size is perfect and I love the clean look of it. Trash is out of sight and out of the way. The color of the lid is also nice, it’s made of wood and gives a nice natural touch.

Bought 2 different colors. Lids were broken on both of them. Easliy fixed with hot glue.but still a pain. If you do buy, be prepared to fix the lids.
