First one arrived broken. Replacement broke in like a month or two of light use. Both of them broke in the same way. The pins that serve as axes for the lid--arguably the most important piece of the bin--are just too thin and they're made of cheap plastic. I haven't hit the lid or dropped the bin or anything. It just gave in.
