I bought trashcan September 2021 and before I had even had it half a year the lid stopped functioning. It does not work with the AC adapter, nor with batteries. I wasn’t too worried because it has a warranty on it. I have contacted the company to place a claim through the website where I registered the product immediately upon purchasing. I have not received a response from either of my two attempted claims so now I basically have a trashcan that doesn’t do what I bought it to do.

I purchased this trash can with the matching AC adapter, and it worked great from February 2 to April 7. It quit cold on April 8. I unplugged it overnight, plugged it back in the next day and still no joy. ebay customer service just gave me the itouchless contact number, and I emailed the manufacturer. They replaced the defective unit very quickly and everything is back in working order! Great service!

I wanted something with a lid because I have dogs. I was happy to find something with the motion detector that would also close on its own after a short period. The dogs are not able to open the lid. The only complaint is that it doesn't always work. The lid easily becomes askew, I guess, causing it not to function properly. But, over all, for the price, I like this product.

I purchased this product about 6 weeks ago based on reviews and that it would operate on A/C power.Upon receipt I was very impressed with the size and design of the unit. Like the fact that you never have to touch a sticky, disgusting lid again. Well, except for changing the bag. The built-in wheels may not be suitable for rough or uneven terrain!

Made very well, only thing is the filters I think are a waste they don't do nothing for oderthe lid traps most but when opened bam it's in you face.

We bought this and put batteries in it, then bought the charging cable and it recently stopped working. We changed the battery, the cable and the outlets but it still does not work.

This is a decent touch less garbage can. The top is hard plastic which could be a little nicer looking but so far it works wel.

I love this trash can but I don't like how it's packaged for shipment. When they package it for shipment it needs to have something inside it to prevent it from being pushed in. I bought this because I could plug it in.Now opening the lid fifty times a day isn't a problem as there is no battery to go dead. The lock feature is simply a movable device that slides over the door lid to keep pets from opening the lid when you aren't around. That's a nice feature. I've been wanting an automatic trash can. I love this. The shape fits perfectly for the only spot I could put it. It holds a lot more in the standard kitchen trash bag then my old shorter trash can.

I have two dogs who go for the garbage can contents. So far this has kept them out. No more messes to clean up. The trash can may be prone to rusting over time.

Motion sensor is too sensitive after closing when locking it activates immediately. Otherwise this is a good trash can.
