Worked for a while in my review

I bought trashcan September 2021 and before I had even had it half a year the lid stopped functioning. It does not work with the AC adapter, nor with batteries. I wasn’t too worried because it has a warranty on it. I have contacted the company to place a claim through the website where I registered the product immediately upon purchasing. I have not received a response from either of my two attempted claims so now I basically have a trashcan that doesn’t do what I bought it to do.
