The sound quality is better than expected and they work well when they choose to work. Which almost never happens! I don't know if the charging ports or what, but they don't stay on and rarely connect to my phone. I will try to contact the company as they have the potential and there may be a fix that I am not aware of to fix the connection issue. but other than that, they were mostly a total letdown! Had to spend the extra $5 and use the ones I had for almost 2 years.
