Good rope. - my new review
It is a nice rope, however, I did not check the specifications. With that said, it does come rather long and there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the length which is challenging for shorter individuals like myself (5’3). That means I have to tie it into my hand each time and that isn’t the most comfortable. But it’s still a nice lightweight rope.
- The jump rope is good for improving one’s reaction time
- The handles can be difficult to grip if you have sweaty hands
