As a professional in the field of health and wellbeing, I was recently let down by my experience shopping at MediNatura's website. Their dedication to natural remedies is admirable, but there are a number of issues with their web shop. To begin, it's hard to find your way around their website. There is a dearth of information about ingredients and dosage directions, making it difficult to know which products are best for which ailments. Second, they could improve greatly on their shipping and customer support. Unfortunately, I experienced unhelpful and dismissive responses from customer support when my order took longer to arrive than expected. Finally, their costs are not as low as they claim to be. Their goods may be less expensive than other natural medicines on the market, but the quality is not commensurate with the price. Other natural remedies with comparable or even better quality ingredients were available at a reduced cost. In general, I think it's a good idea to do some homework and compare prices before making a big buy from MediNatura's online store. While I applaud their dedication to natural remedies, I was disappointed to find that their online shop fell short in the areas of website usability, shipping speed, customer service, and cost.
