Suction Lamp cracked after less than a week of normal use. I didn't check the reviews before purchasing, but this seems to have happened to a few people. The way it fails is impossible to fix - you can't glue it (the tape won't stick if the lamp is bent) or glue it (it will only tear again at the corners of the glued parts). Unfortunately, this is only due to the material of the suction piston and the design/shape of the piston itself. Silicone tip for the end. If your lightbulb is broken, the entire feeder is useless. However, I was able to reuse some 1/4 inch tubing to reuse the remaining tubing and tip as a point siphon to clean up uneaten food and waste in a sand tank. This can also be a problem for other feeders. similar on the market, but I would recommend staying away from this model. Hopefully other models on the market don't have this issue and/or have a better design etc.
