I doubted it but they snapped onto my computer glasses quite easily (a little heavy as my glasses may have thicker frames). My main reason for buying is because I usually sit at my computer all day reading, they help kids who have been online a lot (classes) and had trouble sleeping. My son also works on the computer and bought regular glasses many years ago. I don't know if this helps everyone, but I'm definitely sleeping better and sleeping better after using them!
