This watch is elegant and whimsically playful. It has a round abalone shape in the center of a black face. The abalone is surrounded by the Roman numerals XII, III, VI and IX, with golden balls replacing the other numerals. There are three hands: hour, minute and second. The second hand is a thin gold line, the minute hand is a slightly stylized needle, and the hour hand has a distinctive conical diamond shape. The face is surrounded by a round, polished gold rim. Above the face, the crystal is unusually beveled from an outer circle to a raised square. This (along with the abalone) gives the watch a distinctive three-dimensional look and a striking look, although legibility is somewhat compromised when light hits the watch in a certain way.
