Simply good. You get what you pay for
Compared to OXO Good Grips, these dividers are fragile and won't stay in place. They move very easily - I don't know if it's because the divider doesn't have enough tension or if it's because the non-slip grip parts on the ends aren't very good. However, they work well as long as you don't need to pack things tightly between delimiters. But be prepared to tweak them from time to time because they will move. They're cheaper than OXO splitters, so that's a plus.
