It works! Every cat lady who loves puzzles should have one!

I was skeptical that this mat would hold the completed puzzle piece and the pieces I sorted in place when rolled up, so I gave it a try after I finished the puzzle. I disassembled some of these, placed them around the edge of the puzzle, and rolled them up with the tube that came with them. Everything stayed the same as on the carpet. I am impressed! This is a godsend for a cat lady like me who loves solving puzzles. Small bins are good, but I never use them.
