We rent and aren't allowed to paint so we decided to use this clean and stick material to cover up the standard dull matte permanent white paint that the Property management used for our walls. The difference between day and night! The material is easy to clean and is made of medium to light vinyl. Image quality is decent - not excellent, but good enough to make the project worthwhile if the area you're lighting isn't going to be the centerpiece that everyone is looking at, ie the main wall. The image is not glossy, so the light does not glare or reflect heavily. Pros: Easy to lift, easy to remove and reposition to position it the way you want it. Easy to trim and trim with a sharp blade and/or scissors. It looks very beautiful and seamless when it takes attention, time and patience. Cons: The template is set up to follow the length of the roll as if you were starting from ceiling to floor. If, like me, you're working side-by-side between cabinets and countertops, you'll need to cut the pieces at once and line up the template precisely with the other cut piece as you work from one side of the room to the other. . The pattern repeats itself every 20 inches or so, so unfortunately you're wasting quite a bit of material. I had to create eight 14 inch pieces that used the entire roll to align the pattern with the next cut piece. Also, twisting the material when hanging is very annoying, so having a second pair of hands is very helpful when aligning the next piece. All in all, it was a simple process without much effort. It will be removed immediately when you no longer need it. Time will tell how long it lasts. My wall was base paint with a flat texture on drywall and the paper adhered perfectly. Just need to line up the next piece and consider you will be wasting some material hemming the pattern - how much you lose depends on how much of it The range you cover I would definitely buy again.
