The best part is that I can send an email to multiple customers at the same time. I can also send an email to multiple customers at the same time. I do not have to manually switch between emails. The support team can help with any questions or problems but sometimes I wish they could talk live like other software platforms offer (but then maybe people would think this was too much). We use blue relay throughout the organization so everyone has easy access from anywhere whether its their phone /tablet computer etc.
