The wand has some great features. The wand itself is lightweight, the cord is very long (9ft) with a woven cover, easy to turn on and see the set temperature without wearing goggles in low light. The shaft has good texture so it grabs my hair just enough to wrap and hold for a loose curl. Each time you turn on the wand, the temperature returns to the default 300 degrees. By pressing the + button, the temperatures 300, 345, 385, 410 are reached. To get 365 degrees you have to hold the + button for 2 seconds (fancy) and then the display is Pro+ but actually means 365 degrees. The barrel retains heat for a long time and a thermal bag is required to avoid accidental burns. This wand becomes HOT at maximum temperature and will cause burns. Serious. Ouch! The box makes a nice presentation.
