POOR QUALITY PLASTIC USED
This is a piece of junk. If you don't plan to use them in an air conditioned room, don't buy them. I had a build up in my driveway and after 60 minutes in the sun the plastic failed and the barricade collapsed. Obviously the manufacturer uses inferior plastic.
