Review on πŸ’» CyberpowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool Gaming PC: Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe SSD, Win 10 Home by Timothy Louis

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great pieces put together by a third grader.

So, first things first; Pros: On first boot, no confusing BIOS settings. Excellent performance from the start (without cooling, see below), RTX 3060. Cons: CONFIGURATION, craftsmanship. I'm not sure who the heck assembled this thing, but seriously, putting a heatsink in the back of the case. has to be the dumbest design decision I've ever seen. In addition, the fans on the heatsink fought each other (both configured in a pull-from-heatsink configuration). Unsurprisingly, the CPU temperature exceeded 90+ after a game in Overwatch. I was very upset and disappointed by the fact that I had to disassemble my new computer and reconfigure the fans. I'm not so sure about actually manipulating computer hardware, so thank god my friend was there to help me. After moving the heatsink to the front of the case and the fans working together, the cooling was acceptable. Other labels were also clearly used after the side panels were removed. Mixed screws, poor cable routing, pieces of electrical tape holding the connectors together, and a pretty battered power supply. The reason I bought a pre-built power supply is this: 1.) I wasn't confident enough to assemble it myself. And 2.) As I'm sure you all know, you can't find the 30 series card anywhere. I was very annoyed that I had to convert my new computer like this. Besides, who asks for a 5-star rating to get a $20 gift card? Shame on you, PCpower, for that. Aside from how it's built, the PC is great. But reaching 90 degrees Celsius is ridiculous. Why not put a radiator in the front? I hope this helps those who are going to buy this computer.
