I had to find an attorney for my business partner that was not only aggressive in their representation, but also very smart! They listened intently during our meetings with them to ensure we fully understood all of their services available; they were extremely responsive whenever questions or concerns arose along the way (both from myself personally as well as my partners); their expertise is second-to none - both legal knowledge AND technical/business savvy are top notch! There really isn't anything bad about K&E at this time.

If you're looking for someone whose goal it is to make your life easier by providing comprehensive yet cost effective solutions which can be personalized to exactly what YOU need then look no further than K&E. Nothing specifically comes out right away when dealing directly with attorneys who specialize ONLY within bankruptcy law so having multiple advisors involved helps tremendously!! Ease of access to attorneys who are experts in their areas, which is helpful when you don't know what area your case falls under or if it's even within an existing practice group! I am not sure how much this helps but we have been able to find expertise for cases that our firm does not specialize in such as general corporate transactions (LLC/S corporation). This also allows us to see what other firms do with similar issues so there isn't duplication of effort.
