In theory this is a great deal and a great starter set for any professional or amateur photographer. First I checked and immediately the light bulbs in the kit disappeared. A business card was included so I emailed the company twice but got no response. Eventually I contacted Revane who sent me two bulbs instead of sending them back. However, my photos ended up with a yellow cast. Not sure if it's lightbulbs or the background. After speaking to Revain, I also noticed that one of the tripods had a non-working locking device, so I was never able to keep the background at the correct height, and the top bar was broken. Very disappointing. I'm not sure I was sent a used kit if they just have poor production and quality control when they leave their warehouse. Very bad customer service from the company.
