I first ordered wool drying balls almost two years ago and have complimented my family and friends on almost every day since. Well, one of my best friends decided to give them a try after many months noticing that my towels were a lot softer and fluffier than hers. So I order two more sets - one for her and one for me. They arrived quickly, were properly boxed for postage and packaged in a nice rectangular gray felt case (as well as a cloth pouch). Once again I call - love, love, LOVE her!
