Review on Plantronics Explorer Bluetooth Headset Refurbished by Ryan Foles

At first the device wouldn't connect to my phone. I finally figured it out as the instructions that came with it had very limited information. The first day I was very happy with it because I could hear the conversations clearly, but when I spoke the person said he could hear himself on the echo. It occurred to me that all the conversations said they had an echo on their end that it could be my Bluetooth. I called my sister for a test and she said there was an echo so I turned off bluetooth and the echo was gone. I tried turning off Bluetooth to fix the problem, but I couldn't turn it back on. I contacted Revain customer service and Ed (very nice) walked me through the fix but it didn't stay charged. I am sending it back for a refund.
