comfortable and worked very well

I had 2 of these, they are light, comfortable and worked very well. I listen to audio books and make phone calls and wear this headset best when I'm active outside and supporting a family. Battery life is good. I just wish they could survive the wash and dry with the laundry. Rschunimagu

  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Don't bother buying an "updated " one

I bought two of these in a row and none worked. I can't believe they are selling them without a quality check. The first one didn't charge at all no matter what charger I used. (They provided one, but I have a working E50, so I tried that charger too.) The second charged, but even when it was off, the red light stayed on, eventually draining the battery. But more importantly, it would not be a couple. I know how to pay for the E50 because I've had several, but this one didn't work with any of…

Good bluetooth for phone calls and listening to online radio

I really like these bluetooth headphones because they are easy to use. I like them for phone calls (no more shoulder/neck bends to get the phone to my ear) and also use them to listen to podcasts and radio on my phone. I can also listen to podcasts or online radio without my wife having to worry about someone else knowing what I'm listening to. I have several and keep 1 in my truck, 1 at home and 1 at the office. The battery lasts all day and sometimes even 2 days. I definitely recommend them!

Pros
  • Confident

  • I vaguely remember

The most comfortable Bluetooth headset

I have tiny ears, damn small, apparently since every Bluetooth headset I've tried either hurts like hell or just falls off. Enter the Plantronics Explorer 50, it's the only headset I've been able to wear that stays on and doesn't hurt my ears even after a full day of use. It's so convenient I literally forgot it was in it a few times. The sound quality is great, people on the other end say they sound good too. Battery life is pretty good too, I haven't checked if it's really 11 hours but it…

Oh my god, is that beautiful!

I have a Plantronics M50 which I used for years with my Samsung Galaxy S4 (and loved for its comfort and sound), then with my S7 until after a series of software updates for my s7 the m50 started turning off in the media like m50 not keeping up or something. So I needed a replacement. I first bought a noise canceling headset from another manufacturer but due to its discomfort and terrible sound (no highs) I decided to return it. Replacing " with an M50, I bought a refurbished E50. Oh what a…

Something went wrong

At first the device wouldn't connect to my phone. I finally figured it out as the instructions that came with it had very limited information. The first day I was very happy with it because I could hear the conversations clearly, but when I spoke the person said he could hear himself on the echo. It occurred to me that all the conversations said they had an echo on their end that it could be my Bluetooth. I called my sister for a test and she said there was an echo so I turned off bluetooth and

Get one now. You will love it.

I've been using these Plantronic Bluetooth headphones for a number of years now and switch models as new ones come out. I only buy the cheapest models as I often lose them. I tried several other brands but decided that unless the price went up I would only buy Plantronics from now on. This model is very easy to use. I'm really surprised that not everyone uses this type of device, at least while driving. But I donate them and they are not used. I can't understand why people want to put their…
