I've been using these Plantronic Bluetooth headphones for a number of years now and switch models as new ones come out. I only buy the cheapest models as I often lose them. I tried several other brands but decided that unless the price went up I would only buy Plantronics from now on. This model is very easy to use. I'm really surprised that not everyone uses this type of device, at least while driving. But I donate them and they are not used. I can't understand why people want to put their phone to their ear. The battery lasts a long time, charges very quickly, the controls are simple and effective, the volume is loud and clear. The only issue that might help some with this model is that it's not very good at noise cancellation. In fact, it tends to amplify background voices. So if you're grinding coffee beans, about to bang a hammer, or about to pull a stack of dishes out of the dishwasher, you need to warn the person on the other end of the line. Otherwise, they'll angrily ask you what the hell you're up to. A small issue with the product as good noise canceling costs more.
