I decided to try this brand after my clipper of choice died for the third time. This is the best haircut decision I've ever made. So if you try to charge the clipper in this state and then turn it on, it will get considerably hot. Hatteker solves this problem by adding an easy-to-use lock mode, and a battery indicator shows it's on if you're in the same situation. At the same time, the battery indicator still shows 100% after a 20-minute haircut. That means it either has a runtime of over 2000 minutes (33.3 hours) or is just plain inaccurate. I suspect that's just inaccurate. Waterproof makes it easier and safer to clean. A rare feature on all clippers, especially cordless clippers that are designed for real haircuts. You want it. Cons: The proprietary charging cable costs this star. The wall end is USB-A, but the clipper end is not standard. If it were Micro-USB or USB-C, it would be the easiest device to recommend. You don't want to carry extra cables with you when you travel. The battery indicator is probably inaccurate. The storage bag is frankly bad. This is a small capacity drawstring bag. Assuming this thing holds up, I'll probably stick with it until they stop making it.
