A BaoSaiShop seller contacted me about my review within 24 hours of posting it on Revain. After explaining my situation to them, they sent me a new clipper. I decided to try this brand after my clipper of choice died for the third time. This is the best haircut decision I've ever made. Performance: Exactly the same performance as the $60 Wahl Lithium Ion cordless trimmer, although it's $35 with coupon. Both hair clippers use the same 18650 battery, so motor performance will be limited by battery power in either case. Clippers offer a good cut and a nice quality feel. However, the problem I had was that the blade guard is NOT the same depth as Wahl or other brands. I usually use choice 4 on top and 2 on the sides which is what my barber used before Covid-19. When I used the 4 that came with them I got scalped.
