UPDATE - 10/30/2021 After writing my initial review I contacted Hatteker using the QR code listed in the package but received no response. A BaoSaiShop seller contacted me about my review within 24 hours of posting it on Revain. After explaining my situation to them, they sent me a new clipper. Today I received a replacement pair of scissors. BaoSaiShop's customer service was great and hassle-free, so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 just because their customer service was great. Still not 5 stars as the clippers have an issue but great customer service goes a long way. The clippers are great and do an excellent job of trimming hair and beards so I'm grateful they were replaced with minimal fuss. ). Unfortunately, after about 4 months and probably less than 10 uses, the battery lasts 5 minutes at best. I make sure I plug it into a good USB outlet that supplies the correct wattage/amp rating and fully charge it to 100% as shown on the front LCD and unplug it so it doesn't overcharge. It's now been about 48 hours without power before I try again, but it should still be a lot longer than 5 minutes. When I first got it, I charged it fully to 100% and then left it in the shower so I could use it as needed, which was about once or twice a week (about 5-10 minutes each time). , and I could get 2 or 3 weeks on account. Now it's terrible.
