From what you are getting for the price it should be clear they are going to be cheap. I wouldn't use them to sell my own brand of lip products, but they're great for a party or a fun time with friends or kids. There are a lot of small scuffs on the pipes, probably from being crushed in a big bag. But they are good for DIY fun.
