Review on Cable Matters Snagless Shielded Ethernet by Adrienne Gonzalez

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Great cable! suitable for cables and connections

These are really good and durable cables. They snap easily and stay attached. I like that it doesn't have a chunky boot on the end. With them I get faster data transfer speeds and better internet speeds. I use them as a step down from the fiber optic coming into our buildings. Remember that your system will only run as fast as your slowest cable or device will run slower. If you have Cat 5e running in your house or throughout the building, you probably won't notice much of a difference unless you replace the damaged cable. However, if you need to replace patch cords for the price, you can also install new cords to keep them in place in the event of a major system upgrade. I'm glad we upgraded from our old Cat 5e.

Pros
  • Category 6a Ethernet patch cord is also known as Cat6a network cable, Cat6a cable, Cat6a Ethernet cable or Cat6a data/LAN cable. Prepare your network for the future of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet); Meets or exceeds TIA/EIA 568-C.2 Category 6a performance
Cons
  • Sad hardware
