While it's very thin it still manages enough clearance that when I closed my Mac's screen it broke right where the cover was attached. One morning I suddenly got a black screen and after picking up my mac I was told it was a cover and it's been seen a lot. If it's not flush, this can happen with the lid closed. I also put one on my phone but since I use a screen protector it didn't stay. Part of the coating was on the protective film, the other on the screen of the phone, and different levels did not allow to last more than a couple of hours. A total waste of money, which isn't a big deal because it's so cheap, but a new laptop screen cost me weeks without my laptop and $105. Without a guarantee it would have cost me over 1000€.
